- A parental bedroom with a bed which is 160 cm by 200cm
- A shower room with a walk-in shower
- A laundry room and a cloakroom
On the upper floor
- Above the sitting room: 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed in each
- Above the living room: 1 bedroom formed by a double bed and a shower room including a toilet
